HARD TO FIND!
 
Case XX made between 1950-1964.  I believe this is model M3102R.  It has two blades and either a file or reamer.  Also has a bail.
 
Snap left on both blades.  The file doesnt have snap and probably wasnt meant to have any.  The scales are in great shape.  Still has its bail.  Light signs of age.  SEE PICTURES.
 
2 5/8" long when closed.
