BEAUTIFUL AND RARE CASE XX!  Model 5208 SS.  Very nice and includes the original box, pocket knife and packaging paper.
 
Light signs of handling only.  I dont believe this was ever used.  The blades do have a couple light scuffs which will buff out if wanted.  SEE PICTURES.
