Two blade.  Marked Camillus New York USA.  Model 51 as marked.  Made between 1970-1980's.

Brown scales double blade.  3 3/8" long body when closed.
 
The scales are in good shape with no cracks or chips.  Both blades fold out properly.  Snap at full open, full close, and half stop.  Blades have been sharpened.
