Vintage BUCK 379.  Made in 2023 per its date code.  I believe this was made in the USA.  Buck still makes knives in the USA and this one is not marked "China".  It has the "Buck 379" tang stamp on one side and no markings on the other.
 
Single blade wood handle.
 
I dont think this was ever used.  Looks to have signs of handling only.  Could use some cleaning to help with its snap as it doesnt have much.  SEE PICTURES.
