Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Croton Ohio.
 
Buck 315 USA.  Marlin hook yachtsman type pocket knife.
 
The blade looks like it was never used.  It has new snap.  No damage found.  Some white spots which are common with bakelite and should come out if you dont like patina.
