Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Croton Ohio.
 
Boker model 9908.  Double blade.  Made in the USA.  I think it was from the 1960's to 1970's.  The handle material is jigged bone.
 
Light signs of age/use on blades but no chips or breaks.  SHOULD CLEAN UP NICELY.
 
2 3/4" long when closed.
