Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Croton Ohio.
 
Boker USA.  Made between 1945 - 1983 per the tang stamp.  Model 6384 as marked.  Double blade.   BEAUTIFUL HANDLES!...see pictures.
 
Some sings of age on  blades but should clean up if you dont like the patina.  No snap left on smaller blade.  Could use a little adjustment to be perfect.
