Old GERMAN advertising pocket knife.  Good chance for an old Westinghouse radio collector!
 
Marked A.S. Solingen Germany and "WESTINGHOUSE" on the front scale.
 
Yellow mother of pearl type scales.  Scissors, file, knife, and screw driver.
 
No cracks in the handles.  Everything opens as it should.  The scissors still function.  Light signs of age only.  Great snap with all but the screw driver.
 
Will be protected well and insured.
